Alaxia, company created in April 2008, develops an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial new treatment for cystic fibrosis: Meveol®.
 
Meveol® has been recently granted orphan drug status by both EU Medicinal Agency (EMA) and US Food and Drug Agency (FDA).
 

Alaxia selected the IdehalerPocket® for Meveol® nebulization.
 
The Meveol® in association with the IdehalerPocket® is a new advance for the cystic fibrosis treatment and for the life quality of cystic fibrosis patients.

• The poster communication "Feasibility study of OSCN- and Lactoferrin (Meveol®) nebulization for Cystic Fibrosis patients." has been presented at the DDL21 conference (december, 08th-10th).
